These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and bk67 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bk67 platform — including the website, mobile browser interface, betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, promotional tools, or customer support channels — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

bk67 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Your continued use of bk67 after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to the bk67 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are aged 21 years or older. bk67 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all account holders. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful — bk67 takes this policy extremely seriously and will not make exceptions under any circumstances.
• You are accessing bk67 voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on bk67 or any affiliated platform.

bk67 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend account access until satisfactory verification documents are received. Providing false information about your age during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

To use the bk67 platform in full — including placing bets, accessing casino games, and making deposits or withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active bk67 account. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using different identities, is a prohibited activity under these Terms.

At registration and during subsequent KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, you may be required to provide the following documents and information:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence).
• Date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A valid, currently active mobile number (JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet number preferred for Pakistani users).
• A clear copy of a government-issued photo identification document.
• Proof of residential address where required (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document not older than three months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method(s) used for deposits and withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bk67 account credentials. bk67 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your login details secure. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on bk67:

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding of bk67 accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. bk67 reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless bk67 support approves an alternative in writing.
• Withdrawal requests require a fully verified account. Any account with outstanding KYC documentation will have withdrawals held until verification is complete.
• bk67 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on standard payment methods. However, third-party payment processors may apply their own transaction charges, for which bk67 accepts no responsibility.
• Suspected fraudulent transactions will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds pending investigation.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals (USDT TRC20) are processed at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. bk67 accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

bk67 reserves the right to reverse any deposit or cancel any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to believe the transaction is connected to fraudulent, prohibited, or suspicious activity. In such cases, funds may be held pending investigation and returned to the original payment source once the matter is resolved.

bk67 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible account holders, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, free spins, and loyalty incentives. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the specified wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are clearly stated for each promotion.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only funds that have satisfied the applicable wagering requirement will be available for withdrawal.
• bk67 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, free spin, or promotional credit from an account at any time if it determines that the offer has been claimed in breach of these Terms or the specific promotion's rules.
• Each bk67 account holder is entitled to claim each promotion once unless otherwise stated. Using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion is treated as bonus abuse and results in disqualification and account suspension.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds that exceed any applicable bonus win cap will be forfeited without notice.
• bk67 may modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at its sole discretion and without prior notice to players.

All sports bets placed on bk67 — including cricket, PSL markets, ICC tournaments, football, and other sports — are subject to the following rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. bk67 does not allow cancellation of bets after they have been accepted by the system, except in specific circumstances outlined in these Terms.
• bk67 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on an event where the odds were clearly erroneous — for example, due to a system error or data feed fault — regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the live odds available at the time of placement. bk67 does not guarantee the availability of in-play markets for any specific event.
• In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, bets may be voided and stakes returned, subject to specific sport rules and the extent of play that occurred.
• bk67 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination bet at its discretion. Maximum payout limits are displayed within the betting interface.
• Any bet placed using funds derived from a third-party source or through a prohibited method may be voided without prior notice.

Decisions made by bk67 regarding bet settlement, void bet determinations, and payout calculations are final. Where an official governing body (such as the ICC or PCB for cricket) revises the outcome of a match after initial settlement, bk67 reserves the right — but is not obligated — to re-settle affected bets in accordance with the revised outcome.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk67 platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Operating more than one bk67 account, whether under your own identity or under false identities, is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of casino games, poker hands, or any other bet, or to artificially influence odds or markets.
• Bonus abuse: Claiming bonuses through fraudulent means, including creating multiple accounts, using virtual private networks (VPNs) to circumvent geographic restrictions, or exploiting technical errors in the bonus system.
• Money laundering: Using bk67 accounts to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing or legitimising proceeds from criminal activity. bk67 actively monitors for AML red flags and cooperates fully with relevant authorities.
• Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, AI-driven software, or any automated system to place bets, interact with games, or access the bk67 platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or mobile wallet provider after funds have been deposited and used on bk67.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your bk67 account to control your spending. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period before they can be increased.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any bk67 content without prior written authorisation from bk67.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bk67 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• Any unauthorised use of bk67 intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
• Third-party game titles available on bk67 (including slots, live dealer games, and crash games) remain the intellectual property of their respective developers and providers. bk67 makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bk67 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to access the bk67 platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the bk67 platform, whether planned or unplanned, including during live sporting events.
• Any inaccuracy in odds, game results, or market data resulting from technical errors, data feed failures, or third-party provider issues.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain secure login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. bk67's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bk67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified by bk67.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Receipt of a legal order or regulatory instruction requiring account closure.
• Extended inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 or more consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure as permitted by applicable law).

Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period, provided no outstanding investigations are pending. Where funds are under investigation, they will be held until the matter is resolved.

bk67 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bk67 will publish an updated version of the Terms on the platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Where the changes are significant, bk67 may additionally notify users via a platform notification or email.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the bk67 platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using bk67 and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable international gaming regulatory framework under which bk67 operates. bk67 operates under international gaming regulatory standards and complies with the applicable rules and codes of conduct established by its regulatory framework.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or complaint arising from your use of the bk67 platform, the following resolution process applies:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint in writing to the bk67 customer support team. All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and investigated promptly.
• Step 2 — Formal Review: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the first level, you may request a formal review by the bk67 compliance team. A written response will be provided within 14 business days.
• Step 3 — Regulatory Escalation: If the matter remains unresolved after the formal review, you may escalate it to the relevant regulatory body under whose framework bk67 operates.

By using bk67, you agree that any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the process above, and you waive any right to initiate class-action proceedings against bk67 in connection with your use of the platform.
